1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NellyTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. NellyTrack is operated by Preagos.

2. Description of Service

NellyTrack is a SaaS platform for small businesses and personal finance management. It provides inventory tracking, sales recording, expense management, invoicing, CRM, appointment scheduling, budgeting, savings goals, and financial reporting.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use NellyTrack
  • One person or business per account - account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscription Plans

NellyTrack offers two plans:

  • Free: Limited features (25 articles, 50 transactions/month, etc.)
  • Pro (€9.99/month or €89.99/year): Unlimited features including multi-currency and white-label invoices

14-day free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial automatically. No card is required; you can use all Pro features free of charge during the trial. If you do not subscribe, your account is downgraded to Free at the end of the trial.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Price changes apply to renewals only and will be notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance - you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancelling: You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription in the app (this opens the Stripe Customer Portal) or by contacting support@preagos.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the current period.

5. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee: If you subscribe to Pro and are not satisfied within 14 days of the first charge, contact us for a full refund.

After 14 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We may issue pro-rated or full refunds at our discretion in cases of service outage, billing error, or other exceptional circumstances. Request a refund at support@preagos.com.

6. Your Data

  • You own all data you enter into NellyTrack
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service
  • You can export your data at any time via CSV export
  • You can request complete data deletion at any time

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use NellyTrack for illegal activities
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
  • Upload malicious content or files
  • Resell or redistribute access to NellyTrack

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

NellyTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
